FAQ on preparing for the MIREA master's math entrance exam

The essentials about the online self-study trainer for the MIREA master's entrance exam. If something's missing — message us on Telegram @dmitryace.

What's included in the online MIREA master's prep trainer?
11 reference modules covering the higher-mathematics entrance-exam topics, complete worked solutions for 29 real MIREA past papers from 2010–2025, a trainer with endless problem variations, a 30-day study plan, and a personal dashboard that tracks your progress.
Which topics does the MIREA math entrance exam test?
Complex numbers, determinants and permutations, analytic geometry, limits, derivatives and function analysis, integrals (including line integrals and Green's theorem), differential equations, probability theory, series, matrices with eigenvalues, and residues. All eleven topics are available in the trainer, grounded in real past papers.
Is it realistic to prepare for the math master's exam in a month?
The syllabus is narrow and the topics repeat year after year. The plan is split into 30 days: 20 minutes of theory and 40 minutes of hands-on problem solving a day. With regular study that's usually enough to bring the required problem types to automatic mastery and run two full rehearsals. Your final result depends on your baseline — we can't guarantee passing or admission.
How do I get access to the trainer?
Create an account, confirm your email, and pay for access by card or via SBP — payment goes through YooKassa's secure page and access opens automatically. You can also message us on Telegram @dmitryace.
How much does it cost and how do I pay?
Access to the trainer is 2990 ₽. Pay by card, via SBP or with YooMoney on the YooKassa page — access opens right after payment. Or message us on Telegram @dmitryace.
Are there examples of past MIREA master's exam papers?
Yes — the trainer includes complete worked solutions for 29 real past papers, from 2010 to 2025 (variants 2-10, 3-12, 201-16, and the 2019, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 series) — every problem with a step-by-step solution, an answer, and the original scan.
What will the 2026 MIREA math entrance exam look like?
Honestly: nobody has the actual 2026 papers yet. But MIREA has already published the official 2026 syllabus — it sets the topics and the exam structure: 120 minutes, 5 tasks (the first three are basic with a short answer, tasks 4–5 require a full solution). We prepare specifically for it and practice on real past papers (2010–2025) — that's a plus, not a minus: the syllabus is narrow and the topics repeat almost unchanged year to year. Inside the trainer there are reference sections (complex numbers, determinants, geometry, limits, derivatives, integrals, differential equations, probability, series), practice after every topic and an exam-format problem generator (random numbers, exact answers), step-by-step worked solutions of real papers, a 30-day plan and a personal dashboard with progress. I can't guarantee a specific score — that would be dishonest — but you drill exactly the problem types the exam tests.
Can I prepare for the MIREA math master's exam from scratch?
Yes. Each module starts with short theory and the tables you need to know by heart, then moves through practice from easy to exam level. Even if higher math faded after your first year, the 30-day plan rebuilds the needed skills step by step.
How is the trainer different from working with a tutor?
The trainer doesn't replace a teacher: it's a self-study service built around real MIREA past papers. It offers the whole syllabus, worked solutions for 29 genuine papers from 2010–2025, an endless practice trainer, and progress tracking in your dashboard — all available anytime, at your own pace.
How does payment work?
Access to the trainer is 2990 ₽. Pay by card, via SBP or with YooMoney on YooKassa's side — the site never receives or stores your payment details, and the fiscal receipt arrives by email. Access opens automatically after payment.
